1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on this website, including but not limited to calligraphy, brush art, designs, images, and text, is the sole intellectual property of Seisyu Kamata (Brush Art).
- Prohibition: Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Use: Clients who purchase works are granted a license for personal use (e.g., SNS icons, wallpapers, or personal gifts).
- Commercial Use: Any commercial use or secondary processing (including AI training or redistribution) without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
2. Service and Production Policy
- Design Revisions: For custom requests, we offer one (1) free revision if you are not satisfied with the initial proposal. Subsequent revisions will incur an additional fee of 10% of the original design fee per revision.
- Title Changes: Changes to the title or subject matter after production has commenced will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
- Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our work, no cancellations are accepted once production has begun.
3. Returns and Refunds
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable.
- Defective Physical Goods: If you receive a physical product (e.g., a T-shirt) that is damaged or differs from your order, please contact us at kamata@brushart-japan.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or repair at our expense.
4. Handling of Personal Information
We collect and use personal information (such as name and email address) solely for the following purposes:
- To deliver purchased works and services.
- To communicate regarding business transactions.
- To improve our services and provide relevant updates. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
5. Data Security and Disclaimer
While we strive to implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, we provide our services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
